    I would like to express my appreciation for the great customer service I received both from the Clarkson and Joondalup stores in the past weeks. I purchased some products from Joondalup store in October 2015. Two items were wall lights for my bedroom. Recently the lights when turned off kept shining with the light fading as if dimmed and hummed very loudly when in use. I called into Clarkson store and my details were taken and sent to warranty team, along with proof of purchase and electricians safety cert. Mark an electrician from Beacon, rang and spoke to me asking for detailed description of what was happening when I used the lights. He seemed to think it may be a globe issue rather than a warranty issue. He was concerned for me as a customer that coming out to check lights would incur unnecessary cost to me if only globe issue. He followed up with Joondalup store. Vicki from Joondalup store, then rang me and suggested I call in and get some different globes. She gave me two options to try. I did this and it has been great. I would like to acknowledge both of these staff members and the assistance I received from both stores.

    Mark, the electrician installed the replacement kitchen light fitting today, and it was fantastic! I was also very pleased by the professionalism and friendliness of the electrician and his apprentice.

    We recently brought a number of LED lights from Beacon in Osborne Park WA, as replacements in our kitchen and had them installed by Mark Foster from Eclipse Electrical Services.

    Just like to say that the whole experience has been seamless with Mark providing great service and advice when the lights were a little bright and we needed a dimmer fitted. Thanks.

    Firstly, thank you for all your help over the last few weeks in addressing the noise problems we have had with the MinkaAire Light Wave fan we bought from Beacon Lighting; it is much appreciated!

    As mentioned to you in the shop, we have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Mark Foster; he couldnot have tried harder to fix the problems with the Light Wave fan.     Good afternoon Beacon Lighting Clarkson,

    Just a quick e-mail to let you know I used one of your preferred electricians, Mark Foster at Eclipse Electrical Service, to install ceiling fans and down-lighting in our home which we had bought at Beacon Clarkson in October.

    So you know, Mark's service was efficient and high-quality; he quoted very reasonably and carried out all of the work in less that two days.

    He also vacuumed up and wiped away any mess left behind from the insulation after the install.
